Discipline from the Ring and the Stage
My approach to work stems directly from how I live outside the office. I have a long-standing background in competitive dance, and in 2024, my team and I won the Czech National Championship in Street Dance. That same year, I also claimed my first victory in the boxing ring.
Sports have taught me discipline, resilience, teamwork, and the ability to perform at my best under pressure. These are the exact qualities I apply every day when managing demanding executive search projects.
